Somatic Approaches 

I believe in a holistic approach to therapy, where we acknowledge the importance of both the mind and body. Somatic therapy, which values the body's wisdom, is at the core of my practice. In our sessions, we'll pay attention to not only your emotional but also your physical sensations, recognizing that a tight neck can carry as much significance as a sad thought or anger. Through a mindful approach, we'll cultivate self-awareness, embracing your entire spectrum of experiences, including the often overlooked quieter aspects, to foster a more comprehensive healing journey.
