Helping You Build The Relationship You Actually Want

Therapy for couples, individuals, & gay men– using somatic approaches.

Welcome!

My name is Seth Ambrose, and I specialize in helping people heal in relationship — with their bodies, themselves, and the people they love. If you're feeling disconnected from a partner, struggling in your relationships, or discovering a new direction you want to take in your life, you're not alone — and I'm here to help.

Using somatic approaches to therapy, we'll explore not just what you're thinking, but what you're feeling — in your body, in your patterns, and in your relationships. Whether you're navigating couples conflict, the unique experiences of gay men, or simply a sense of being stuck, together we'll look at why these patterns keep showing up — and how you can begin to shift them.

I provide in-person and telehealth psychotherapy for adult individuals and couples in San Francisco.

Somatic Therapy for

All

By tuning into the wisdom of the body, somatic therapy helps you access deeper layers of healing that talk therapy alone can't always reach.

Book A  Consultation

In a 30 minuted focused conversation, we'll surface what's keeping you stuck, recognize what you're already bringing to the work, and chart a course toward the life and relationships you want.
